Qualified employees for higher productivity

Through the HRD OP 2014-2020. and the support of the ESF, the current project will achieve sustainable employment, increase the adaptability and competitiveness of the employees of Chimbidium EOOD through active development and improvement of their professional and key skills. The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce able to meet the challenges both in the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and in the priorities of Europe 2020 and priority area 9 of the European Strategy for the Development of the Danube Region. By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promote the practice of lifelong learning. Human capital is critical to the development and competitiveness of each company. The ambition of implementing the best practices and the highest standards in clothing manufacturing is laid down in the company's plans. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on direct and indirect beneficiaries, attracted stakeholders, tailoring businesses and beyond , the community and others. in a local and regional aspect.  The following projects will be implemented with this project: - 3 groups by profession code 542040 MODELER - CLOTHING TECHNOLOGY, specialty code 5420401 TEXTILE CLOTHING, MODELING AND TECHNOLOGY (3 g x 15 = 45) -960 hours, 3 SPC; -Three groups by profession economist code 345120, specialty Industry code 3451201 (3grx15 = 45) -960 hours, 3 SPC All 6 groups X15 = 90; The successful implementation of the planned activities relies on the ESF financial support through the "Skills" procedure under OP "Human Resources Development".
