Training for successful jobs

The main objective of the project is to create conditions for providing training for acquiring specific qualifications, skills and key competences for the employees in the applicant organisation which will contribute to necessary specific knowledge and competencies in the water sector, which is a key sector of a competitive and developing knowledge-based economy. The acquisition of new skills by the employees will enhance labour productivity and provide an additional prerequisite for a longer and beneficial employment activity of most of them. This project also aims to make a real contribution to the pan-European lifelong learning initiative and to promote permanent investment in knowledge and improvement of human capital, which in turn contributes to transforming the Bulgarian economy into an economy based on sustainable, inclusive and intelligent growth. The objectives of the project will be achieved by the implementation of the following specific activities: - Organizing and conducting specific training for the efficient organization and management of economic activities in the provision of water and sewerage services under the conditions of national regulation; - Organizing and conducting training for the acquisition of key competences in foreign language competence – English.
