Increasing the competitiveness of Optima Hair Extension ltd in the labour market of by ensuring the ability to employ people and provide training

The project envisages to increase the professional competencies and to ensure the employment of 10 persons in OPTIMA HARE EXTENSION EOOD, by enhancing their qualification, meeting the needs of the company's business. The necessity to provide employment in OPTIMA HARE EXTENSION LTD stems from the rapid expansion of the business and the company has already developed a distribution network by supplying goods to hairdressing salons throughout Bulgaria. In order to meet the needs of its customers, it is necessary to create additional jobs related to the construction of a quality distribution network. For this purpose, the target groups of the project will be included in third degree vocational training by profession Sales Representative and English language training. The project will be trained and hired 9 unemployed / inactive persons and 1 employed person in the company, who will be provided with a flexible form of employment. The purpose of this procedure is in line with the company's main objective, namely to increase the skills of the workforce, to promote professional and career development and, at the same time, to promote flexible forms of employment. The project target group is unemployed, inactive and employed. The implementation of this project aims at increasing the economic activity and improving the access to employment for the jobseekers. As a result of the project implementation, the target groups will acquire professional competencies that will improve their qualification, experience and competitiveness. Project activities include: 1. Providing training to acquire a vocational qualification from a third qualification degree of persons from the project target groups 2. Provide training to acquire key competencies of individuals from the project target groups 3. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for employees with the employer 4. Inclusion of unemployed / inactive persons in non-subsidized employment
