For more than 10 years now NBI Consortium OOD has been manufacturing pipes (for drinking water supply, for sewage, for cable protection) made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and pipe fittings as well. The company continuously invests in new technologies and equipment to be able to offer products of world class quality. Within the project 91 employees of NBI Consortium OOD are going to be trained in: - vocational training 861010 Security Guard, specialization 8610103 Site Physical Security - III level (14 people), - vocational training 346010 Office Manager, specialization 3460101 Business Administration-III level (8 people), - vocational training 521010 Machine Technician, specialization 5210105 Machines and systems with CPU -III level (10 people), - vocational training 524060 Chemist-Operator, specialization 5240606 Technology of Polymers - II level (30 people), - vocational training 521110 Mechanic, specialization 5211101 Mechanical Works -I level (19 people) and - key competence training in English language (15 people). A careful selection of the people in the target group was done to make sure that their needs for competence improvement are addressed as well as the requirements in the Guidelines for Applicants are satisfied. A final selection will be done after the signing of an administrative contract. At the moment the employees occupy various jobs at the company and the overall objective is for them to improve their knowledge and skills, achieve a single standard in professional qualification which is going to help the employees to develop in their careers and work on quality jobs. The training courses will be done by external suppliers which are going to be selected in compliance with the Law on EU Funds and the other applicable scheme documentation. The organization is going to implement the mandatory activities related to information and publicity and project organization and management.
