Improving the knowledge, skills and competences of employees through training

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for the employees of Pimel Trading and Pimel Fuds to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring key competencies and training specific to the workplace.The project will provide an opportunity to stimulate employee participation in effective and flexible forms of work organization,which will provide the opportunity for acquisition and better learning.After passing the training,employees will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of Pimel Trading and Pimel Fuds.This will facilitate their adaptation to working conditions and will enable them to improve their career development,increase their knowledge of meat products,as well as their specific skills and knowledge in foreign languages.In the long run,by providing employees with the opportunity to acquire new or to improve their professional knowledge and skills, the project will provide prerequisites for continued employment and will improve the quality of life of the target group.Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the following activities: 1.Learning to Acquire key competencies 2 "Foreign Language Communication and key competencies 6 "Public and Citizen Competencies"of Employees in Pimel Trading and Pimel Foods; 2.Involve trainees in work-specific training; 3.Involve the employees in Pimel Trading and Pimel Fuds in flexible forms of employment.The current project gives access to quality training,which will lead to better opportunities for career development, preservation of employment and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market(persons over 54 and persons with secondary and lower education),increasing labor productivity and hence the quality of life.
