Professional development of employed and unemployed youths at Akademis Ltd

I.Need for Satisfaction   According to research, 48.6% of companies hired employees after completing their education identify gaps in their training and do not have the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their professional duties. For the recruited persons, about 70% of the firms point to lack of professional knowledge and skills and 60% to the ability to work independently and to make decisions. About 40% of companies believe that young people can not work in a team, and 80% think that they have gaps in their professional knowledge and skills.   All this shows that the level of competence and the professional-qualification structure of the workforce among the target group is not at the required level. II.Specific objectives  Provide appropriate training to acquire professional qualifications and key competencies of employees  Increase the number of persons with improved qualifications and key competencies  Creating sustainable employment for employees  Increase in number of inactive youths up to 29 years of age included in training and employment III.Target audience-3 employees, recruited on a labor contract with the Applicant and 42 unemployed and inactive persons IV.Basic activities 1. Selection of individuals from the target group 2. Specific trainings: course 1 - Programming in synchronous and asynchronous learning environment, course 2 - Creating interactive communication and multimedia 3. Training to acquire KC2-course 3-English 4. Providing flexible forms of employment 5. Involvement of inactive youths in non-subsidized employment V.Results for achievement 1. Selected 3 employees and 42 unemployed and inactive persons 2. Specific training-42 persons 3. Training on KC2-45 persons 4. Employed persons who have acquired qualification and permanent employment after completion of the project-3 5. Unemployed and inactive persons who have acquired qualification-42 and working after the project-22
