MAUS PS Ltd was registrated in 1995. Since the creation of its main activity is manufacturing ans installation of illuminated advertisements. The company is the leader of the Balkans in the branch. Our client are international chains for food, building materials,hotel cahins,airports,bus stations and large advertising companies.The company is experiencing a shortage of quality workforce needed to secure the normal working process and deficit coverage by experts in the company. To meet the requirements of its clients and maintain a high standard of service its necessary to conduct specific and foreign language training.This is the Main Objective of the project-Increase the qualification of the employees by encouraging their professional and career development of human resources,in order to enable employyes to acquire important skills, achieve greater flexibility and internal mobilyti and promote the practice of lifelong learning. This fully responding to the main objective ot this Procedure. The target group is 159 employees. The project objectives will be achieved by conducting the following training sessions: KK2 - German - for 105 KK2 - French - for 39 KK2-Russian - for 15 Specific training Measurement of illumination of illuminated advertising and voluminous letters - for 64 Specific training Detection of problem zones in heating or electrical installations with thermal camera - for 15
