Training for the development of efficient employees

The modern development of the economy requires continuous upgrading and improving labor productivity, adapting it to innovation and new methods and techniques of work. Human resources are an integral part of all economic processes, with their professional capacities responding to market demand and responding to the specific needs of employees. The main objective of the Training for Effective Employee Training project is to enable 35 people employed in the company to increase their professional qualifications and acquire new knowledge, skills and competencies to meet the specific needs of the labor market. The target group of the project includes 35 people, employed on a labor contract in the company "ENDEAVOR CONSTRUCTIONS GROUP" LTD. A specific feature of the target group is that at least 50% of people have a secondary or lower education and / or are over 54 years of age. By enrolling in the project, they will be given the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of work, and will provide the conditions for lifelong learning. The activities included in the project are training for acquiring professional qualification in part of the profession "Restaurant" 811060, specialty "Production and service in the catering and entertainment establishments" 8110602 and training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" English. Their implementation will create prerequisites for acquiring new knowledge and developing specific skills and competences that will improve the employability of the hired personnel in the context of the quality performance of their duties. It is also expected to have a positive impact on the applicant company and increase its competitiveness in the area of restaurant services.
