Enhancement of professional skills in Lift Correct Ltd.

LIFT CORRECT Ltd. (Code of economic activity - 33 Repair and Installation of Machines and Equipment) as an Employer and with the help of Operational Program Development of human resources BG05M9OP001-1.057 envisages the implementation of activities for provision of "specific trainings" (Implementation of technical supervision of SOPs under Annex № 1 of NURILLOTSSPORTS) for a specific workflow. As a company wich operating since 2013, we needs a skilled workforce that can meet current and future challenges, resp. the demands on the workforce in terms of skills to work with new production, information and communication technologies are continually increasing, this can be achieved by investing in appropriate skills and improving these skills. The target group in the project proposal is addressed to: 1. Employed persons - 13 persons; 2. Unemployed and inactive - 4 persons; Activities are foreseen to ensure the link between the necessary qualifications / skills and labor market requirements, respectively. prerequisites for achieving a competitive knowledge-based and development-based economy. 1. Involve persons from the Target Groups in specific training for a specific work process. 2. Involvement of unemployed and inactive persons in non-subsidized employment with the employer after successful completion of training. Expected results: 1. Participants who have acquired a qualification on leaving the operation - 17; 2. Unemployed and non-active participants who, when leaving the operation, have acquired qualifications or have a job - 4; Indirect 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the representatives of the target groups, to the needs of the business, resulting in continuous employment and / or new and better jobs. 2. Support for lifelong learning (not important for improving the skills and competencies of the workforce).
