Increased competences of the employed personnel in UFMHAT - Sofia "Saint John The Baptist" JSC

The project proposal of University First Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment - Sofia St. John the Baptist EAD aims at raising the knowledge and skills and creating sustainable employment for "white sector" employees through trainings that contribute to raising the capacity of the employees to meet the dynamic changes in the "white" sector and the current needs of the hospital. Within the framework of the project, 28 employees of UMHAT - Sofia "St. John the Baptist" EAD will undergo specialized training related to extended knowledge and skills for novelties in their profession and the treatment of patients with cardiac and related diseases "Specificity and novelties in treatment of patients with cardiac and endocrinological diseases ". The planned training will include 14 physicians and 14 nurses from the Stationary Clinic, Internal Medicine Clinic, Department of Cardiology, Intensive Cardiology, Internal Diseases, Endocrinology. The envisaged trainings are fully in line with the needs of UMHALL - Sofia St. John the Baptist EAD in its capacity of employer, as well as the specifics of the hospital activity; they are related to the improvement of the fulfillment of the duties of the representatives of the target groups as well as to the higher quality of the offered treatment through increased knowledge and skills. The ever-increasing demands and skills to work with new information and communication technologies, the rapid development of some areas of medicine, have led to the need to periodically update employees' knowledge and skills. Successful graduates will receive documents (certificates and certificates) certifying completion of the training.
