“Skills for more efficiency at “TECHNO COMMERCE” LTD. through training of employed persons”

The main objective of the project is upskilling of the labour force, promoting the professional and career development, while encouraging involvement in different type of occupation and lifelong learning. The specific objectives refer to promoting skill adequacy of 24 employed persons at “TECHNO COMMERCE” LTD. through acquiring professional qualification and key competences, provision of permanent employment and improvement of the quality of work places. Main objectives: Providing training for acquiring professional qualification for secondary qualification degree of the profession “Salesperson and Consultant”, major “Salesperson and Consultant”, code 3410201 of 24 employed persons. To improve the quality of the jobs, training in key competence 4 “Digital competence” is also provided. The training will be tailored to the individual qualifications of the persons and the specificity of the job. Activities for providing flexible forms of employment are also envisaged within the period of training. The project training completely meets the needs of the enterprise. The implementation of the activities will result into achieving the objectives of the project, and will have a positive influence on the target group, the employer and the society as a whole. Expected results – promoting skill adequacy of 24 employed persons in respect of the current needs of “TECHNO COMMERCE” LTD., ensuring preconditions for continuous employment and occupying better quality jobs. Skill improvement will result into the successful employment situation of the persons on the labour market, the opportunity to remain on the job market, and especially the provision of opportunities for their career development, as well as the work efficiency at “TECHNO COMMERCE” LTD.. The project will ensure the liaison between the required qualification and skills and the requirements of the future labour market, which is a guarantee for achieving a competitive and growing economy based on knowledge.
