"Increasing the qualification of the employees in "Stolichen Autotransport EAD""

The project proposal is aimed to increase the qualification of 1103 employees by conducting trainings and acquiring professional qualification and key competencies of employees under labor relations in the company. Through the project, employment, motivation and opportunity for career development of the employees in the organization will be realized, and by introducing a flexible form of employment, the employees will have the opportunity to take part in training to increase their professional qualification. The following activities will be implemented to meet the objectives: I.Professional qualification: 1.1. Training of 9 persons, code of profession - 522020 - Electrician; code of the specialty - 5220208 - Electrical equipment of electric vehicles for public transport - second qualification degree, lasting not less than 660/45 minutes / teaching hours, of which theory - 264 hours and practice - 396 hours; 1.2. Training of 44 persons, code of profession - 525020 - Fitter of transport equipment, code of the specialty - 5250201- Autotransport equipment - second qualification degree, with a duration of not less than 660/45 min / teaching hours, of which theory - 264 hours and practice - 396 hours. II. Training on Key Competence 6 "Public and Citizenship Competencies" per 1050 persons with a duration of 45 teaching hours; III. Introduction of flexible working hours for 53 employees in the company - part-time and floating-time work. The training will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law, and the selection of the training organization will be carried out in accordance with the national legislation. Successful graduates will be issued a document certifying the acquired professional qualification and a certificate for passage of key competency.The implementation of the flexible working hours will be in compliance with the normative base of the R. Bulgaria and the needs of the trainees 53 persons.
