Enhancing professional qualifications and competeciest of OPUS 44 Ltd personnel through trainings

With the implementation of the project proposal, the ability of the employees in the enterprise to build an adequate labor market behavior related to rapid changes due to globalization, current business needs, technological change, population aging, etc. will be enhanced. The project aims at providing training for the employees in the company to increase their professional qualifications and upgrade their key competencies. The training fully corresponds to the employer's needs, the company's business and the current needs of the timber sector. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities outlined in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing and ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and working skills. The main activities of the project include training to upgrade the professional qualification for the third degree of specialty "Furniture production" with code 5430101, by the profession "Technician in woodworking" and key competences 2 "Communication in foreign languages". They will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Vocational Education and Training Act (VETA) and the professions are included in the List of Occupations for Vocational Education and Training approved by the Minister of Education and Science. The target group consists of 40 persons. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal.
