Increasing the knowledge and competencies of the employees in Strong-S Ltd through training

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for the employees of Strong-S Ltd to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring professional qualifications and knowledge of key competencies. The project will stimulate employee participation in effective and flexible forms of work organization during training so as to ensure better learning outcomes from those involved in training. After passing the training, the employees will increase the adequacy of their skills to Strong-S's current needs, their professional qualification and foreign language skills will be improved, their career development and adaptation will be improved. The project aims to create sustainable jobs for the employees of Strong-S Ltd in the long term and to improve the quality of life of the persons in the target group. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquiring and / or improving the professional qualification of the employees in Strong-S Ltd. 2. Conducting training on key competencies of employees of employees in Strong-S Ltd. 3. Involve trainees in flexible forms of employment during the training period. The current project gives access to quality training, which will lead to better opportunities for career development, preservation of employment and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market (persons over 54 and persons with secondary and lower education), increasing labor productivity and hence the quality of life. The project provides an opportunity for the employees of "Strong-S" Ltd to participate in training, which will be carried out by a training organization / institution elected according to the provisions of Chapter Four of the ZUESEF and Decree 160 / 01.07.2016. and related regulations.
