Raising the knowledge and skills of the employees in SUTEX TRADING Ltd. through training in professional qualification and key competence

The overall objective of the project is: "To promote the professional and career development of the current staff of Sutex Trade Ltd.and to an unemployed/inactive person through training to improve skills in the field of apparel production and foreign language competencies. "The following specific objectives are formulated to achieve this:CC1:To increase professional qualification through the formation of new knowledge, skills of employees and of an unemployed/inactive person by providing training in the field of Production Technologies-Textiles, Clothing, Shoes and FursCO2:Formulate new knowledge in foreign language of empl. for sustainable empl.and prof.l realization of one pers. up to 29 years. These goals will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: 1.Conduction of trainings for the acquisition of professional qual. in the Manuf. Technology-Textile, Clothing, Shoes and Leathers Division 2.Conducting training for acquiring key competencies under CC 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages-Italian.Providing non-subsidized empl. to unemployed/inactive pers. up to 29 years. The project includes measures for visualization and publicity of the activities and the results of the implementation.The project is in line with the needs of the company and the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups: knowledge and skills relevant to the occupation, prof.and career dev.in the long run, motivation to work, foreign language skills.Through this project: will contribute to the Competit. of the Service applicants will enable Qualifiers. and empl.of an unemployed / inactive person - to increase the adequacy of the skills of the emp. persons in the company and of an unemployed / inactive person in line with the current needs of the business - to create conditions for sustainable empl. and occupation of higher quality jobs places.
