„Improved skills and competences of the employees of "Chaikapharma - High quality medicines" JSC

The project proposal of Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines AD is aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills and creating sustainable employment for employees in knowledge-based, high tech and ICT sectors and the "white sector" through trainings that contribute to raising the employability of the employees in it to meet the dynamic changes in the sector and the current needs of the company. Within the framework of the project, 88 employees of "Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines" JSC will undergo specialized training related to advanced knowledge and skills for novelties in their profession. The planned training will cover the following staff: 47 employees who are employed in the company's laboratories (analytical and microbiological) in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna; 22 employees employed in Plovdiv and Varna and 19 employees in the departments related to analyzes, development, quality control, testing and registration of medicinal products. Specific trainings will focus on the following topics: Formulation, production and quality assurance of sterile products; Developing specifications for drug substances and products; Stability and shelf life of pharmaceutical products and Granulation, tabletting and capsule manufacturing technology. The envisaged trainings are fully in line with the needs of Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines AD as an employer and the specifics of the company's activities; they are related to the improvement of the fulfillment of the duties of the representatives of the target groups as well as the higher quality of the offered products.
