Qualification-Quality-Competitiveness

The project aims to increase the quality of the workforce and developing the human capital of “GRAND SUPPORT” LTD. by acquiring new professional and key competences and creating conditions for wider application of the principles of lifelong learning, in line with the increased labor market requirements and policy responses to continued investment in the development of human capital. The aggravated situation in the private security sector, driven by a market crash and a reduction in consumer demand, puts companies in a disadvantageous situation in a position to restrict their investment in activities to raise the skills of hired personnel. The impact of this circumstance is particularly strong at middle management levels and low-skilled employees. Major areas of concern include lack of good motivation and attitude to work, and lack of knowledge, skills and competencies appropriate to the needs of the sector. The development of the company and the need to increase the quality of the workforce and the development of the human capital leads to the idea of increasing the adaptability and the competitiveness of the employed by: • Providing training in vocational qualification; • Providing training on key competencies. The project target group includes 33 employees. Through the implementation of the planned activities, the personnel training will be improved and an opportunity for increasing their working capacity will be improved. Employees involved in the training will have the opportunity to acquire important and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business activities that will ensure their greater flexibility and adaptability. At the end of the project, it is expected to improve the suitability of the staff to the work processes and to ensure better performance of their work commitments.
