VINIL ART LTD was registered in 2006 and managed to develop into one of the biggest manufacturers of TIR covers, sunshades, tents, blinds, membranes, panels and other non-standard products made of hydrophobic textile and PVC coated fabric in Bulgaria. The company has a shortage of quality workforce needed to ensure the normal working process and to cover the deficit of experts in the company. In order to meet the requirements of its clients and maintain a high standard of market behavior it is necessary to conduct specific, professional and English language training of the staff employed in an employment relationship. In this respect, the MAIN OBJECTIVE of the current project proposal is to: Raise the qualification of the employees in VINIL ART Ltd. by encouraging their professional and career development, while stimulating participation in different forms of employment and lifelong learning . The specific objectives of the project are to invest in the development of human resources in order to enable employees to acquire important specific, professional and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business, to achieve greater flexibility and validating the practice of lifelong learning, thus fully responding to the main purpose of this Procedure. The project target group includes 18 employees, 17 of which do not have higher than average education and / or are over 54 years of age. The company falls into the priority sectors under the procedure with NACE code 2008 33.19 Repair of other equipment. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following training sessions: • KK - Communication in Foreign Languages ​​- English • PK code 521020 Appliance Technician, specialty 52110202 Industrial aesthetics and design • Specialist training - Welding of thermal belts to a hot air cover • Specialist Training - Welding vinyl with built-in ropes at the edge of the welding
