Improvement of the adaptability of the workplaces in Stad Bliznakov Ltd, through participation in trainings

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for employees in Stad Bliznakov Ltd to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring professional qualifications and key competencies. The project will provide an opportunity to stimulate the participation of employees in effective and flexible forms of work organization, which will provide the opportunity for acquisition and better learning. After the trainings, the employees will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of Stad Bliznakov Ltd. The project aims to create sustainable jobs for Stad Bliznakov Ltd employees, increase their economic activity by providing opportunities for inclusion in training in professional qualifications and key competences. In the long run, by providing employees with the opportunity to acquire new or to improve their professional knowledge and skills, the project will provide prerequisites for continued employment and will improve the quality of life of the target group. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be carried out through the following activities: 1. Provision of trainings for acquiring or improving the professional qualification of the employees in Stad Bliznakov. 2. Training for the acquisition of key competences 2 "communication of foreign languages" of the employees in Stad Bliznakov. 3. Involvement of employees in Stad Bliznakov Ltd in flexible forms of employment. The current project provides access to high-quality training for employees, which in turn will lead to better opportunities for career development, preservation of employment and prevention of the risk of exclusion of people from the labor market, the quality of life. The project provides opportunities for employees to engage in training that will be tailored to modern training trends and, besides acquiring professional qualifications and language skills, will also contribute to the personal growth of trainees.
