With the implementation of the project, Ciela Norma plans to train 50 employees, who will acquire specific competencies, needed to fulfill their work tasks, which will improve the quality of their jobs, will increase the competencies of its employees and will improve productivity. By encouraging their professional and career development - at the same time - the enterprise will also stimulate the participation of its employees in various forms of employment and lifelong learning. The project proposal of Ciela Norma AD represents a set of activities and measures to achieve the objectives, set in the project: - improve the qualifications of its employees, by encouraging their professional and career development, while stimulating their participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning; - provide training, specific for the representatives of the target group, thus providing opportunities for acquiring learning skills, necessary for the fulfillment of the official duties of the employees in Ciela Norma AD, as well as provide the link between the requirements of the enterprise and the skills, needed by the employees, in view to meet the needs of the employer and the specificities of the particular workplace / work process. The general and specific objectives of the project will be achieved by implementing the project activity - involving persons from the target groups in specific training for the specific workplace / work process.
