Skills for Reliks Vibro AD

Reliks Vibro JSC is an established company on the Bulgarian market in the manufacturing of concrete and reinforced concrete products for sewage systems, vertical design products for parks and other urban areas. The production is done at three production sites - Studena Plant (Village of Studena, Pernik Municipality), Obelya Site (Sofia) and Rezbarska Concrete Plant (Sofia). Within the project a total of 82 employees of Reliks Vibro JSC are going to attend the following training: - vocational training Construction worker, specialization 5820303 Reinforcement and Steel - II level (45 people) - vocational training Sales Consultant, specialization 3410201 Sales Consultant - II level (15 people) - vocational training Security Guard, specialization 8610103 Physical Security of Sites - III level (15 people) - key competence training in English language for 15 people (8 of them are going to attend the Sales Consultant vocational training and an additional 7 for whom a training need has been identified. A careful selection of the people in the target group was done to make sure that their needs for competence improvement are addressed as well as the requirements in the Guidelines for Applicants are satisfied. A final selection will be done after the signing of an administrative contract. At the moment the employees occupy various jobs at the company and the overall objective is for them to improve their knowledge and skills, achieve a single standard in professional qualification which is going to help the employees to develop in their careers and work on quality jobs. The training courses will be done by external suppliers which are going to be selected in compliance with the Law on EU Funds and the other applicable scheme documentation. The organization is going to implement the mandatory activities related to information and publicity and project organization and management.
