Enhancement of the professional skills of /Due Diligence/ in Azuken Ltd.

ASUKEN EOOD (Sector M Professional Activities and Research), in it`s capacity of "Employer" and with the help of Operational Program Human Resources Development BG05M9OP001-1.057, envisages the implementation of "specific training" activities (DU DILINGS) for a specific work process. As a company operating since 2013, it needs a skilled workforce that can meet current and future challenges, respectively. the demands on the workforce in terms of skills to work with new production, information and communication technologies are continually increasing, this can be achieved by investing in appropriate skills and improving these skills. The target group to which the project proposal is addressed is: 1. Employed persons - 8 persons; Activities are foreseen to ensure the relation between the necessary qualifications / skills and the requirements of the labor market, respectively. prerequisites for achieving a competitive knowledge-based and development-based economy. 1. Involve persons from the Target Groups in specific training for a specific work process. Expected results: 1. Participants gaining qualification on leaving the operation - 8 persons Indirect 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the representatives of the target groups, to the needs of the business, resulting in continuous employment and / or new and better jobs. 2. Support for lifelong learning (not important for improving the skills and competencies of the workforce).
