Meat processors are typical representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, who have been facing all the challenges of the crisis for years - shrinking consumption, rising commodity prices, fuels and energy. Currently, meat industry enterprises have modern technological equipment that allows them to produce high-quality meat products. At the same time, the manufacturing sector is not preferred as a profession by young people who choose to focus on more prosperous activities related to intellectual work. This leads to a shortage of trained staff and forces a large number of employers to look for options to train their employees themselves. The project aims to increase the quality and adaptability of the labor force in „BURDENES-93“ LTD through professional improvement of the employees and achievement Competitive performance of the company under the conditions of the dynamically changing market environment. It is planned to train 42 employees of the company in the following directions: • Specific training for the specific work place "Meat and poultry rearing" - 13 persons; • Specific training for the specific job "Commercial training for adapting, upgrading and developing skills for working and selling meat and meat products" - 19 persons; • Training in the specialty "Trade", code 3451202 - 29 persons; • Training in Key competence 2 "Communication in a foreign languages" - English - 10 persons. • Training in Key competence 7 "Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship" - 32 persons The trainings are tailored both to the learner's defined needs and to the company's development strategy for the entry of new markets. The expected result is to provide higher qualification of the personnel and to provide an opportunity to increase their working capacity, in accordance with the established guidelines of the application for development of human capital in priority sectors of economic activity and in particular - Code 10. Production of food products.
