MEDIKO - Skills for Success

For more than 19 years "Mediko" EOOD consults and supports employers in applying preventive approaches in occupational health and safety (OHS) and for implementation of the principle of continuous improvement in OHS management. "Mediko" EOOD has a registered labour medicine service, an accredited body for control of the factors of the work environment, a license for fire safety measures, etc. and the company offers a large range of OHS services. "Mediko" EOOD has a professional team of experts, 19 regional offices and successfully provides their service to more than 3500 Bulgarian employers. The project plans for a specialized training for 22 employees of "Mediko" EOOD from various offices on "Studying and Assessment of newly emerging risks for OHS related to green jobs, nanomaterials, ICT and digitalization". The topic of the training is directly related to the key operational process of the company - consulting employers on OHS issues. For the same employees a key competence training in English language is planned. These two training courses are going to significantly improve the competence of the staff in the area of newly emerging risks but also is going to facilitate their professional development and opportunities for quality jobs in the future. The training courses are going to be subcontracted in line with the Law on EU Funding and "Mediko" EOOD is going to implement the mandatory activities related to organization and management of the project and information and publicity.
