Improving the skills of the employed persons in PHILICON - 97 AD

Within the framework of the present project proposal, training will be organized and carried out in the field of vocational training and specific training in view of the requirements of the workplaces at PHILICON - 97 AD, in order to increase the ability of the employees of PHILICON - 97 AD to meet the coming fast changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization and technological change, as well as responding to the current needs of the business. The trainings are targeted at the specific needs of the target groups and the representatives of the target groups - employees in PHILICON - 97 AD will be included in trainings in view of the specifics of their work and their needs for raising the knowledge and skills, as in professional qualifications and specific skills for their specific jobs. For best results, the identified problems and needs of the project target groups, as well as the objectives of the present procedure, lead to the selection of activities. In terms of professional qualification, 100 persons representing the target group will be trained. The specific trainings will cover 210 individuals from the target group. The activities are selected to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.057 "SKILLS". The duration of the project is planned for 17 months.
