For better skills of the employees in Zaharni Zavodi AD,

The project will be accomplished in the Northern central region. The project is designed for all employees in the company, with particular attention to employees with secondary and lower education and those over 54 years old. The project’s activities aim to increase employee’s qualification by motivating personal growth, professional and career development. The project requires using working flexibility during the training period. The growing need for highly qualified personnel the company is experiencing will be satisfied by providing various training events. The project fully contributes to the aim and strategy of OP “Human resources development” 2014-2020 – Increasing employment by size and quality; Investment priority № 6: Specific aim 1: Increasing the number of employees that have acquired and/or improved professional qualification and/or have key competence and are over 54 years; Specific aim 2: Increasing the number of employees that have high school education or lower, and have acquired new skills and knowledge. The project also contributes to completing strategy “Ëurope 2020 “, more precisely: (1) not less than 76% of the population between 20 and 64 years should be employed in 2020. In accordance with the requirement of the current legislation, coordinated with the management body of the company there will be selection of service providing companies. To ensure publicity the project’s managing team will perform a complex of activities to inform the company’s employees and society for the project’s aims, sources of financing and the expected results. The project includes five activities. The project’s cost amount is 66818,25 BGN, of which 14875,00 BGN is own finding (22,26%) and 51943,25 BGN grants (77,74%).
