Better skills for the staff of EDGE TEXTILE LTD

In the recent years, in our country, more and more companies, regardless of types of economic activity, are paying attention to skills development of their employees. This is also the main advantage of our tailoring company EDGE TEXTILE EOOD. for the lack of staff turnover. Our project proposal "Better Skills for the Work of the Personnel of EDGE TEXTILE" aims to increase the knowledge of the employees in the company and to stimulate their participation in various flexible forms of employment. In response to the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of population aging and technological changes in each sphere of activity, the project will provide training in the key competencies of the 19 employees in "EDGE TEXTILE" EOOD. The project's activities will include 19 employees of the company who will take part in training on Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication" and all trainees for the period of their training will be floating working hours. The implementation of the project activities will increase the adequacy of the employees' skills, the productivity of their work and the company and it will become a preferred place for long-term work in the Isperih. The qualification and motivation of our employees is an important factor for the sustainable competitiveness of our company in the region. Foreign language learning by employees will contribute to improving the quality of work and productivity of the target group, which will lead to higher motivation, personal satisfaction and self-esteem of employees in the company.
