Better quality of the work places at Gama Consult and EU Consult through employee trainings

Through the implementation of this project, the need to acquire specific knowledge for specific jobs in Gama Consult and EU Consult will be met. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the skills and capabilities of key employees in both companies by involving relevant professionals in training to improve key competences and specific workplace trainings. Project target groups include: - 56 pcs. employees - 51 on the part of the applicant and 5 on the part of the partner. The activities included in the project are related to organizing and conducting 1 Digital Competence Training and 12 job-specific trainings. The activities described will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new knowledge and thus become more competitive and attractive. With the implementation of this project, the applicant and the partner will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions - increased skills of key personnel and achieving higher labor productivity.
