Within the present project proposal, a specific culinary training will be organized and conducted on the topic "Application of Innovative Methods and Techniques for Preparation, Design and Presentation of Dietetic Breads and Bakers" in order to increase the capability of the employees in Hlebozavod AD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization and technological changes and to meet the current needs of the business. Project activities are geared to the specific needs of the target groups, in view of the specifics of their work and their needs for increasing knowledge and skills. For best results, the identified problems and needs of the project target groups, as well as the objectives of the present procedure, lead to the selection of activities. 82 representatives of the target group will be trained. The duration of the project will be 9 months. The activities are selected to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.057 "SKILLS".
