Improvement of the qualification of employed persons in "St. Anna" Hospital - Sofia JSC

The new realities in Europe and the world highlight the need to create highly educated members of society who can develop independently, apply their knowledge and skills in a multicultural environment, and work effectively in teams based on established standards. Due to the global integration processes taking place in all areas of social and economic life, the development of professional qualifications is of high importance. For this reason, the main goal of the project is to increase the capabilities of the employees in "St. Anna" Hospital Sofia to adhere to the rapid changes in the labor market from factors such as globalization, technological change, and modernization. The need for advanced knowledge in the field of economy is increasing internationally because of the rapid introduction of information technologies in all areas of life. These skills are transformed from a learning objective into a tool for acquiring new information. The principles of organization of advanced training result from the perception of training as a global phenomenon covering all types of communication in society. As a result of the implementation of this project, 95 employees will pass professional training in the following specializations: Hospital attendant, Economist, Office manager. All of this will create conditions for sustainable employment opportunities and employment in higher quality jobs. The appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to retaining and enhancing career development opportunities for employees in the company who have acquired a set of knowledge and skills to perform different activities for increased labor productivity, respectively, wage bracket, which in turn is a guarantee of active participation in the labor and social life in the future.
