The overall objective of the project is to increase the qualification of employed persons by encouraging professional and career development and stimulating participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning in "STUDIO- M FASHION" LTD. The specific objectives of the project are: 1 / Increasing the professional qualification and key competencies of 30 employees in "STUDIO- M FASHION" LTD through inclusion in training courses; 2 / Stimulating the participation of 30 employees in "STUDIO- M FASHION" LTD in flexible forms of employment. The target group of the project is 30 employees in "STUDIO- M FASHION" LTD. Planned activities: 1 / Providing training for acquiring professional qualification of 15 employees in the profession of Operator in manufacturing of clothing (second degree of professional qualification) and of 15 employees in the profession of "Office Manager" (third degree of professional qualification); 2 / Providing Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English language training for 30 employees; 3 / Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment of 30 employees for the period of training.
