Development of specific skills in the staff of MIG 23 EOOD

The project proposal is relevant to the needs of the target group in terms of quick and easy adaptation to the increased demands of the labor market as a result of technological and demographic changes, through generally higher qualification and competitiveness in the labor market, social cohesion in terms of social - their economic status and development, while being an expression of the need for a skilled workforce tailored to the actual needs of the particular employer in order to increase the level and productivity of employees as a guarantee for successful company development. At last but not at least, the aim of the project is to reveal further prospects for the target group for career development, ensuring sustainable employment and stable incomes. This will be done by acquiring specific qualification and additional required skills of 30 representatives from the target group - employees of LAG 23 Ltd., by performing the following activities: Activity 1 - Providing specific training for 30 employees in order to meet the requirements of the Employer for the job, namely acquiring knowledge and skills related to the process of design and implementation of projects for complex solutions for electricity storage; Target audience: Total 30 persons employed on the labor contract in MIG 23 EOOD, a medium-sized enterprise working in the priority sector of ecological economy with code 27.12 according to NACE Expected results: Employees who have acquired knowledge and skills for a specific process - Design and implement projects for complex solutions for electricity storage. Certificates received from the course successfully completed. Increased general adequacy of the skills of the representatives of the target groups, according to the current needs of the the employer, thus ensuring prerequisites for long-term employment or occupying new and better jobs.
