Increased skills of "MELBON" AD employees

The current project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at increasing the ability of the employees in “MELBON” AD to build an adequate labor market behavior related to the rapid changes resulting from globalization, the technological changes and innovations and the current needs of the business. The project is aimed at providing specific training for application of innovative methods and techniques in the processing of chocolate and chocolate products. 106 representatives of the target group will be trained within the framework of the project. The scope of the specific training is fully in line with the employer's needs, the company's business and the current business needs of the industry of processing and conservation of fruits and vegetables. During the implementation of the project, the required activities for the organization and management of the project as well as information and communication activities will be carried out. The activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives - increasing the ability of the employees to face the changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and its competitiveness. With the implementation of the project activities, the following results will be achieved: - increased adequacy and job skills; - increased productivity of labor; - created conditions for quality jobs and sustainable employment
