With new knowledge and skills at Sova 7 LTD

Project "With new knowledge and skills at Sova7 EOOD has a duration of 15 months and aims through investments in raising the capacity of the employees to increase the productivity and the quality of the labor and the workforce as well as the competitiveness of the business in the country, enhancing the quality of the services offered by the Candidate, creating sustainable jobs. Specific objectives: - Increasing the linguistic key competencies of some employees;  - Increasing the knowledge and skills of the target group of 60 employed, unemployed and / or inactive persons, and / or over 54 years, in line with the current needs of the company and the business for creating conditions for sustainable employment; - Improving the personal qualities of the target group by acquiring knowledge and skills of people with low education; - Practical implementation of the principle of lifelong learning; To achieve the Specific Objectives, the following activities are envisaged: Activity 1: Providing vocational training. As a result of this activity will be trained a total of 53 employed, unemployed and / or inactive persons in the profession "Security" specialty "Physical security of objects", code: 8610103, part of the 600 degree degree 600 Activity 2: Providing language training As a result 30 / thirty / employees will undergo training under CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages", English language teaching, 3 levels of study, 300 lessons. h Activity 3: Delivering "Digital Competence" As a result, 30 / thirty / employed and unemployed and / or inactive persons will undergo training under CC4 Activity 4: Appointment of 6 unemployed and / or / inactive persons As a result, a total of 60 employed, unemployed and / or / inactive persons will acquire professional qualifications, language competences and computer skills. Over 50% of the persons included in the project will have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 and / or persons over 54 years of age.
