"Baron" Ltd was founded in 1997 in the village of Zmeitza, Dospat municipality as a company with main activity and production of various kinds of shoes from leather and textile.The factory is distinguished by its sophisticated organization, modern technical equipment and contemporary technology, which guarantees high quality of the manufactured products.The brand is well known in Italy, where it exports about 95% of its production. The company is experiencing a sharp shortage of quality workforce needed to ensure the normal working process and to cover the shortage of specialists in the team of the company. In order to meet the requirements of its clients and maintain a high standard of market behavior it is necessary to carry out professional training and training Italian language of the staff employed in an employment relationship. In this respect, the MAIN OBJECTIVE of the current project proposal is: To increase the qualification of the employees in Baron EOOD by encouraging their professional and career development, while stimulating participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning life. The specific objectives of the project are to invest in the development of human resources to enable employees to acquire important professional and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work and core business, to achieve greater flexibility and internal mobility and validating the practice of lifelong learning, thus fully responding to the main purpose of this Procedure. The project target group includes 85 employees in Baron Ltd, of which over 50% do not have higher education than average and / or are over 54 years of age. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following training sessions: • KC - Foreign Language Communication - Italian • PC under code 542100 Worker in footwear and leather - haberdashery production
