Meeting the requirements of employers in the field of consulting services

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competence of the personnel in 2 enterprises related to the same economic activity - Mira Consult - Oborishte EOOD and Mira Consult - office 2 OOD. Its implementation will contribute to the parallel improvement of occupational and key skills of the workforce - an important factor for increased labor potential, higher quality and labor productivity. The project will also meet the needs of staff to learn professional, specific and language skills that will improve their professional profile. The policy for continuous human resource development in the two companies also forms the project objectives that are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority (IP) 6 to improve opportunities lifelong learning, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the IP 6, the objectives of the project are to minimize the incompatibilities in the labor characteristics of the employees with the technological changes or the lack of modern professional, specific and / or key skills, corresponding to the needs of the companies. Training is planned for part of the profession of a total of 20 workers, acquiring foreign language skills at 20 and acquiring specific trainings for 20 of the persons employed in both companies. Qualitative and up-to-date training will motivate lifelong learning to acquire knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-time work and decent wages. With the financial support under the Skills Procedure from OPHRD, expectations for improved professional and key knowledge and skills, opportunities for career and professional development of the trained persons, as well as for increased competitiveness, financial and market position of the participating companies will be achieved.
