Better quality of the work places in ITCE through investment in trainings

With the help of the project, 24 employees in a priority economic sector will pass one training for digital competence and several training specific to their jobs, which will improve their performance and increase their qualification. As a result of the planned training activities, the target group will acquire adequate knowledge and skills that will help them not only to maintain their jobs but also to improve their career development prospects and attractiveness in the labor market. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees by involving relevant professionals in training to improve key competences and in workplace specific training. The target groups of the project include 24 employees working in one of the priority economic sectors - IT activities. The activities included in the project are related to organizing and conducting 1 Training on Digital Competence and 21 job-specific trainings. Some of the activities will be outsourced, others will be carried out by the applicant. The activities described will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new knowledge and thus become more competitive and attractive. With the implementation of this project, the applicant will achieve an increase in the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions: increased skills of key personnel and higher labor productivity.
