Improvement of the adaptability and competence of the employees of "Mebel Style" Ltd through inclusion in training by profession and key competencies

The present project proposal will provide an opportunity for the employees of Mebel Style Ltd. to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring professional qualification and knowledge on key competencies. The project will stimulate employee participation in effective and flexible forms of work organization during training so as to ensure better learning outcomes from those involved in training. After passing the training, the employees will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of Mebel Style Ltd., will increase their professional qualification and their knowledge of foreign languages, will create the opportunity for their better career development and adaptation. The project aims to create sustainable jobs for the employees of Mebel Style Ltd. in the long term and to improve the quality of life of the persons in the target group. Achieving the goals and results of the project will be accomplished through the following activities in Mebel Style Ltd.: 1. Conducting training for acquiring and / or improving the professional qualification of the employed; 2. Conducting training on key competencies of the employees of the employed; 3. Involve trainees in flexible forms of employment for the training period. The current project gives employees access to quality training which will lead to better opportunities for career development, employment protection and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market (persons over 54 and persons with secondary and lower education), increasing labor productivity and hence the quality of life. The project provides opportunities for the employees of Mebel Style Ltd. to participate in trainings, which will be carried out by a training organization / institution elected by the order of Chapter Four of the ZUESEF and Decree 160 / 01.07.2016. and related regulations.
