Career development of the employees in "RSM BG" Ltd

The project "Career development of the employees in "RSM BG" was developed jointly by the management and employees of RSM BG Ltd. Its objectives are as follows: - to enable the persons employed in the Company to increase the qualifications and the adequacy of their skills; - to create the necessary preconditions for the successful professional and career development of the employees in the company; - to meet the needs of a qualified workforce and to improve the quality of this workforce in the company. The project was written down after analysis for the qualifications needs of the company made by the management and it is consistent with the real and current needs of qualification improvements of the persons employed in the company. The real needs are formulated after identifying the current problems and difficulties faced by the employees in their work activities. The current needs are formulated with a view to the forthcoming challenges for the team "RSM BG" in the current years and the next few years, which are key for the career development of workers in RSM BG and as well as for the company's establishment position in the international audit network of RSM International. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of a set of trainings, which are determined on the basis of the qualification needs of "RSM BG". The trainings are also aimed to the needs of the employees and their career development plans as well as the specifics of their work activities. The qualification trainings are focus on the current professions of the employees and relate to the company's field of activity. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following actions: 1.Trainings for 21 people to acquire a qualification for working with CaseWare Audit; 2.Trainings for 29 Persons in Key Competency 2 "Communication in a foreign language", where 24 persons will be trained in English and 5 persons will be trained in Italian.
