Increasing the competitiveness of LMK BG ltd in the labour market of by ensuring the ability to employ people and provide training.

The project envisages the enhancement of the professional competencies and the employment of 101 persons in LMK BG,by enhancing their qualification, meeting the needs of the company's business.A serious challenge for the company as well as other companies in accounting and auditing services is the lack of qualified staff, leading to a number of problems such as failure to comply with statutory deadlines and compliance with a number of regulatory requirements, which is a major obstacle to expanding business.For this purpose,the target groups of the project will be included in the third degree professional training in Operational Accountant and Business Secondary Education, as well as in foreign language teaching in English.Under the project,100 unemployed inactive persons and one employed in the company will be trained and hired, and will be provided with a flexible form of employment.The purpose of this procedure is in line with the main and specific objectives of the company and in particular the enhancement of the qualification of the workforce,the promotion of a profession. and career development,and at the same time stimulating flexible forms of employment.The implementation of this project aims at increasing the economic activity and improving the access to employment for the jobseekers.The project target group is unemployed, inactive and employed.As a result of the project implementation,the target groups will acquire professional competencies that will improve their qualification, experience and competitiveness.Project activities include 1. Providing training to acquire key competencies of individuals from the project target groups 2. Providing training for the acquisition of vocational qualification from the second and third qualification degree of persons from the target groups of the project 3. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for employees with the employer 4. Inclusion of unemployed/inactive persons in non-subsidized employment
