Increasing the knowledge and skills of the staff of MARANI-26 LTD by providing training and incentives for flexible forms of employment.

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the qualification of the labor force, encouraging the professional and career development of the employees of "Marani-26"Ltd, to build adequate labor market behavior related to the rapid changes as a result of globalization, current business needs and technological change.The project is aimed at providing training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The trainings are fully in line with the employer's need, the company's business and the current business needs of the e-commerce sector. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and skills, working skills. Objectives of the project: to increase the qualification of the workforce, to encourage the professional and career development of the employees, to maintain a high level of professional skills and competences in line with the changing market and the development of technologies. Target group: 10 employees. Expected results: - Acquired and advanced knowledge and skills; - Increased skill adequacy to the current needs of the employer and business; - Increased labor productivity and sustainability of employment. The main activities of the project are: - Providing training to enhance the professional qualification for a part of the "Internet Applications Organizer" profession; - Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in foreign languages"; - Information and communication; - Information and communication; - Organisation and Management. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, employer and society.
