Qualification and competence of employees in POLY YORD LTD

POLY YORD Ltd. is a company with economic activity falling under code 41.20 Construction of residential and non-residential buildings which aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for qualification enhancement and training in Key Competence 2 to 89 employees. The envisaged trainings will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect the productivity of work in the enterprise. The project objectives are also linked to the the marital workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge. The envisaged objectives and indicators of the project will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Vocational training for upgrading the first and third degree 2.Course competence training 2 "Communication in foreign languages" 3. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 89 employees Activities under this procedure will ensure the link between the necessary qualifications / skills and the requirements of the future labor market, creating the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing knowledge-based and technological development economy. Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of the employees in the company will contribute to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market, their detention and especially for The candidate expects to achieve a long-term effect on the target group and the overall activity of the company after the realization of the project activities. The company will be given the opportunity for trainings motivated for work people who will assert themselves as valuable cadres. The implementation of the project is expected to increase the adequacy of the skills of the representatives of the target group, in line with the current needs of the business, in order to provide prerequisites for long-term employment.
