Yazaki is a fast-growing company in the sphere of computer equipment and materials for cars,a large enterprise with a code of additional economic activity,according to the Classifier of Economic Activities-2008-26.20 "Manufacture of computer equipment” The company provides contemporary technological solutions for hundreds of clients on the Bulgarian and international markets.The competitiveness of the company in this process is directly dependent on the accumulated experience and expertise in the team and,above all,on the qualification of the employees Since the production of automotive cable systems and their computer components for the Renault,Ford and Daimler and other brands are one of the fastest growing sectors of the world economy,staff qualifications need continuous enhancement and upgrading, according to the needs of the market The target group of this project proposal is employed people-employees of Yazaki and BILSP 6500 persons fom Yazaki will be included in work-specific training-that will respond to the identified specific needs of deepening the highly specialized knowledge and skills of learners 8 persons from BILSP will be included in trainings necessary for the workplace to acquire key competences in the fields of Communication in foreign languages and Digital competence. The implementation of the two activities will lead to the achievement of the specific goals- 1 Enhancement of specific skills of the applicant's employees in relation to their work with specific processes and customers by providing training related to the particular jobs 2 Acquisition of key competences for foreign languages communication and digital competence supporting the professional realization of employees in the organizations,the efficiency of the team work and the communication with the clients and partners,also as a result will be achieved- 6500 Yazaki’s employees will have raised their skills and qualification and 8 persons from BILSP their key competences and skills
