Professional qualification and career development of the employees of Hestoria BG Ltd

HESTORIA BG Ltd. is a company that has been operating since 2012 in Sofia. The company is engaged in accounting, financial, tax and legal consultations and has 10 persons, 7 of which are in the position of accountant and 3 are in the position of "business consultant" and plans to hire 4 unemployed / inactive persons. With this project, we plan to further develop the company's business by qualifying appointed employees and attracting more motivated people to successfully carry out the company's business. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following project activities: - 7 persons, from which 3 persons are employed (in the position of Business Consultant) and unemployed / inactive 4 persons will be trained in the second degree - Profession "Business Services Assistant" code 345040, subject 3450401 "Business - Services". - 7 of the employed persons in the position of Accountant will be trained in the third degree - "Operational Accountant" code 344030, Specialty "Operational Accounting", code 3440301. - 7 persons, 3 of whom are employed in the position of Business Consultant and 4 unemployed / inactive, will undergo training in key competency 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English. - 7 of the employees in the position of Accountant will undergo training in key competency 4 "Digital Competence". The planned trainings are tailored to the specifics of the company's activities and the needs of the jobs. Thanks to the implementation of the project, a number of beneficial results will be created, such as improving the skills of the employees, which corresponds directly to their successful realization in the labor market, their retention and, above all, the enhancement of their career development opportunities. Indirect results expected to create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development.
