Professional and career development of the employees in Ragina OOD and EM Finance EOOD

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competencies of the main personnel at Ragina OOD and EM Finance EOOD. Its implementation will contribute to the qualification of the labor force towards quality and high-productivity labor activity. In parallel, the project will also meet the needs of staff to learn specific skills that will increase the capacity, motivation and productivity of the participants in the project. The short-term and mid-term plans of the applicant and the partner are also the objectives of this project proposal and are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority / opportunities for lifelong learning, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the IP 6 are the objectives of the project to increase the ability of the employees to overcome the challenges related to the technological changes or the lack of modern and specific professional skills, corresponding to the needs of the company. The project provides specific training for 25 of the employees in the company. They will provide access to quality training, motivate lifelong learning, invest in learning new knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-value, decent work and reward. Achieving the expected results for the specific knowledge and skills provided to the staff will also contribute to enhancing competitiveness, financial and market position, and the possibility of opening new jobs.
