Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency (BAEZ) is an insurance company offering insurance of receivables from export and transactions within Republic of Bulgaria.Together with the commercial banks operating on the Bulgarian market, BAEZ has also developed schemes that facilitate the financing of the activity of its clients. The project aims to increase the qualification of the employees of BAEZ by providing opportunities for training specific to the company and workplaces and creating sustainable employment of the present and the staff. The project proposal provides for the implementation of training activities specific to the applicant's activities of 44 employees, as follows: 1. Conducting specific training on the topic "Principles and Practices in Insurance of Financial Risks" - 25 employees; 2. Conducting specific training on the subject - "Implementation of the Execution Procedure following the rules of Civil Procedure Code in Insurance" - 19 employees; The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce able to meet the challenges of both the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and the priorities of Europe 2020 and the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region. After the implementation of the project, it is expected to increase the employees' adequacy, stopping the sector's current needs, and thus ensuring that workers continue to work.  By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promote the practice of lifelong learning.
