Expanding the activity of "Marvi Group" by providing employment for successfully completed training unemployed/inactive persons

The subject of the project proposal by Marvi Group Ltd. in relation with its application under the "Skills" Procedure of the "Human Resources Development 2014-2020" Operational Program is to qualify and subsequently to provide employment for 26 unemployed or inactive persons, which will help to expand Marvi's economic activity on a national scale. For this purpose it is foreseen that all these persons will successfully pass through two types of theoretical and practical trainings, eligible under this procedure - to acquire/enhance their professional qualification and to acquire key competencies. In the next few years, Marvi Group intends to expand its activity both territorially and in terms of the range of services offered at the real estate market. On the one hand, it plans to gradually start establishing offices in the biggest cities of Bulgaria, starting with Plovdiv and Burgas in 2020. On the other hand, besides traditional brokerage services in the sale and rental of real estate, it will also offer economic services (related to credit counseling to customers in need of cheap loans) and design services (related to interior furnishing and/or reconstruction of bought or hired real estates). All this determines the necessity for these target groups to be divided into three separate training courses according to their individual professional interest - for brokers, for economists and for interior designers. In addition, in view of the increased demand for real estate in Bulgaria by foreigners, all of the above-mentioned students will also undergo Key Competency №2 "Communication in Foreign Languages", focusing on learning English and, to a lesser degree in Russian (for the needs of the future offices of the company in the big Black Sea municipalities)
