"Podemkran" AD is one of the leading global suppliers of cranes and crane components for crane manufacturers and end users. The company has their own design and development department, laboratory and more than 30 000 sq. m. manufacturing site. Within the project 136 employees are going to be trained: - vocational training (VT) 521110 "Mechanic", 5211101 "Mechanical works" - First Level (30 people); - VT 521090 "Welder", 5210901 "Welding" - First Level (12 people); - VT 521100 "Metal Worker", 5211001 "Metal Working" - First Level (7 people); - VT 521040 "Machine Fitter", 5210414 "Metal processing machine" - Second Level (19 people); - VT 521010 "Machine Technician", 5210105 "Machines and Systems with Central Processing Units" - Third Level (8 people); - VT 522010 "Electrical Worker", 5220109 "Electrical Installations" -Third Level (20 people); - VT 346010 „Office manager“, 3460101„Business Administration“, Third Level (30 people); - VT 341040 "Trade Representative", 3410401 Wholesale and Retail - Third Level (10 people) and key competence training in English for the 30 people attending the business administration training. A selection of the people in the target group was done to make sure that their needs for competence improvement are addressed as well as the requirements in the Guidelines for Applicants. A final selection will be done after the signing of the contract. At the moment the employees occupy various jobs and the overall objective is for them to improve their knowledge and skills, achieve a single standard in professional qualification which is going to help them to develop in their careers and work on quality jobs. The training courses will be done by external suppliers which are going to be selected in compliance with the Law on EU Funds and the applicable documentation. The organization is going to implement the activities related to information and publicity and organization and management.
