Trainings for PaySafe Bulgaria EOOD

The project proposal envisages the inclusion of Paysafe Bulgaria EOOD employees in specific trainings and trainings for the acquisition of key competences and also activities. The project activities are addressed to representatives of the target group of employees who work in a priority knowledge-based economic sector The provided specific trainings are directly related to the specifics of the activities that the employees are involved in, and their purpose is to provide adequate knowledge and abilities and to enhance the overall quality of the workforce. The provided trainings for the acquisition of key competencies' purpose is to increase the skills of the employees in consistency with the business sector development and the needs of the employer. Through the trainings, efforts will be made to meet the challenges set by the inclusion of ICT in the work processes, while promoting sustainable employment. The implementation of the project will build employees' skills, promote their development, and overcome the work-related difficulties that the employer and employees face on a daily basis. In addition, the project realization is expected to have a beneficial impact on the company development and to contribute to improving the quality of the delivered services and expanding their scope
