The overall objective of the project is to increase the qualification of the employees of ELIAZ Ltd, promoting professional and career development, while encouraging participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning. The implementation of the project aims at increasing the economic activity and preserving the employment of the employees in the enterprise. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following main activities: 1. Conducting training for operation and maintenance of equipment for production of bakery products; 2. Conducting training for the production of bread with extended rising; 3. Conducting yeast dough technology training; 4. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1. One of the leading producers of bread and bakery products not only in Sofia but also in the country will increase the specific skills of the employees; 2. A total of 200 persons of the current staff one of the specific trainings - for operation and maintenance of equipment for production of bakery products; for the production of bread with prolonged rising and for yeast dough technology 3. As a result of the implementation of the project activities, it will ensure sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employees in the labor market, responding to the needs of the bakery business.
